Fantastic Gin Cocktails in Edinburgh
Our range of cocktails have been inspired by our two in-house Edinburgh Gin stills. We have 1 column and 1 pot within the bar, named Flora and Caledonia. Their distillery and collaboration with Heriot Watt University gives our team of top bartenders the opportunity to share new knowledge, try new recipes and sample upcoming gins.
We have an extensive list of cocktails that we believe bring out the best flavour profiles of Gin. If you’re not sure what to have or want to try something new, our bartenders are happy to give recommendations based on what you like and can even come up with a unique drink just for you.
If Gin isn’t your favourite spirit, we have a great range of ‘Traitor Cocktails’ featuring vodka, rum, tequila and more. We also have wine, prosecco and beers so you everyone can wet their whistle here.
